By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Seedance Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Seedance Studio generates native 1080p video and can upscale outputs to 2K or 4K using Topaz Labs tooling. Generation and upscaling performance may vary based on model and queue conditions.

Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute prohibited content.

  • Non-consensual imagery of real people.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual content involving minors.
  • Illegal content, conduct, products, services, or activity under applicable law.
  • Hate speech that violates applicable US law.
  • Deceptive deepfakes of public figures without clear disclosure.
  • Spam, fraud, or abusive automation.
  • Scraping or attempting to extract model weights or system internals.

Account terms

  • One human user per account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and current account information.

Subscriptions

  • Paid plans auto-renew until canceled.
  • We will provide at least 30 days notice before material price increases.
  • You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Credits

  • Credits are prepaid units used for generation and related processing.
  • Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase.
  • Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

IP ownership

  • You retain ownership of your prompts and generated videos.
  • Your rights are subject to applicable upstream model provider terms.
  • We receive a limited license to display your content in a public Gallery only if you opt in.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating downstream use of generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Company name] from claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination
